The staff are so helpful and nice

The rooms are too small. The bed is near the room door. You can hear everybody whose walking in the hallway. There are no towels. Why would they put a kitchen instead of a living area.

What was the highlight of Jubail Inn

Loved it!!!

Nice live breakfast option with buffet and served at room as well. The design of the room was excellent so as to when the main door of the apartment would open, the toilet and bedroom were not visible and proper veil could be maintained. The staff was very polite, supportive and helpful. They also had the shoe cleaning machine which I absolutely love.

I felt a bit of cleaning liquid's / room closed for a long time kind of smell in the room, however as soon as I requested Air Freshener spray, they immediately provided me with one. There was absence of travel / spare tooth brush which was also provided immediately upon request .

I won’t make reservation on this hotel anymore

It was dark, need more lights in room. The pictures on Booking.com not real as real. I reserved a room with breakfast as i saw on Booking.com but, when I went to get my breakfast they charged me 27 per night for breakfast.

An average hotel but value for money.

It was really cheap as compared to many other facilities in the city. Location is good and staff is helpful / cooperative. Plenty of parking in front / rear side and easy to access. Good for handicaps.

Poor lighting across the hotel, poor quality furniture / bathroom doors, lack of amenities / supplies and almost no supplies / crockery in the Kitchen. No towels (had to ask); it was kind of simply rooms...

my Family did not like it at all and next we will not plan...

my Family did not like it at all and next we will not plan to stay at Jubail inn at all. The cleanliness was very poor. The prices are very high as per the current standard.

efficient but thats about it!

The room was fine overall. Th room was clean and spacious but i didn't think it was the worth the money I paid for it. Apart from the toilet flush not working (it was fixed straight away) and I had to wait to check in as everyone had gone to pray, it was overall ok. The distance from the beach is not great and quite far

Definitely worth the price, great location!

The room was spacious and clean and extras such as toiletries were provided.

The breakfast choice was very poor and did not look like the best of quality so we ate out for breakfast.
